I arrived a few minutes early, and was quickly greeted and ushered into the exam room! After preparing for the exam Kyle and his associate arrived to provide treatment for my precancerous skin areas. I was out in about 15 minutes and have another appointment in six months! It is a seamless operation, and they are always kind and thoughtful.

Dr Kyle was very helpful. I had a full body mole check and they removed one of concern. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.

The whole office is amazing from the moment I step in the door until the moment I walk out. Kyle is very personable and always makes me feel very comfortable, always wanting to know if there is a certain spot I'm concerned with. I wouldn't want to go to any other dermatologist's office. The whole staff makes you feel important and puts you at easy for what can be a traumatic situation.

Addressed my concerns adequately

I ended up getting a rash the majority on my body and had no idea why. I tried everything over the counter including oatmeal baths to changing my laundry soap and new bed sheets and nothing worked. I couldn’t take it any longer and went to Renown Urgent Care one weekend and was given a steroid pill. It worked for a day then my rash was back. I went to my primary doctor and she thought I had strep. I was given a steroid shot and said if that doesn’t work we will get you in to see a dermatologist. I waited for days for a referral and couldn’t take it any longer. I had to be proactive because it was starting to affect my quality of life and my stress level was very high. That is when I found Kyle Machynia, PA. He knew within one minute of seeing me, I had eczema. I was shocked! I had never been diagnosed with eczema before in my 41 years and you would think your primary doctor would mention this since it’s so common in people. I was impressed! He even had a UNR student shadowing him and I thought that was wonderful. And the UNR student even knew within a minute it was eczema as well. I was given a prescription of cream to help and it worked immediately. He even recommended an over the counter moisturizing cream to replace my current lotion. I cannot thank you enough and will be recommending your team to everyone.
